The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.

Welcome...

Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine is not some fringe or mystical pursuit—it is a vital step in re-establishing equality for women. It is about women finding their voices, claiming their power, understanding their purpose, and having the courage to go out and create a change.

Adrienne Durst has practiced traditional psychotherapy for 25 years and has observed that women are seeking something deeper. Many have become disconnected from their true nature and have lost touch with what it means to be genuinely nourished in mind, heart, body, and soul.

What is missing is a sense of deep connection to a Sacred Feminine practice within a community. What clients seek is not just psychological insight, but embodied change - a healing that touches every part of their being.

Adrienne’s unique approach blends traditional therapy, while also incorporating the sacred feminine ceremonies which are rooted in the cycles of nature, archetypes and community. In our culture that prioritizes rationality, reclaiming the feminine involves embracing interconnectedness, feminine wisdom, emotion, intuition, and a deep connection to the earth.

What Is the Sacred Feminine?

The essence of the Sacred Feminine lies in honouring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit within the cyclical rhythms of life. Rooted in peace, compassion, and reverence for nature, it invites a deeper connection to your intuition, embracing inner power, and celebrating the wisdom found in each stage of life. Through rituals, ceremonies, and the exploration of goddess archetypes, it fosters a deeper connection to the divine, empowering us to embrace feminine energy, honour life’s cycles, and cultivate a meaningful, balanced existence.

The WayS To Work With Adrienne

  • Individual Psychotherapy

Adrienne’s approach recognizes the multifaceted nature of womanhood, acknowledging the ebb and flow of energy, and honouring the wisdom that arises from each stage of life.

Adrienne works with woman in three different stages of their lives: The Maiden, the Mother and the Crone, otherwise known as the Triple Goddess.

  • Couple Counselling

Adrienne helps couples see that the strength of their partnership begins with embracing their individual stories. By fostering self-acceptance and compassion, partners can create a safe, nurturing space for each other to grow. Adrienne’s work emphasizes the importance of breaking old patterns and learning to communicate openly and authentically. Through her guidance, couples deepen their emotional connection, resolve conflicts with greater ease, and rediscover the balance between masculine and feminine energies in their relationship. This journey transforms their bond into one of mutual respect, empathy, and lasting intimacy.

  • Ceremony and Groups

Ceremonies may seem unconventional, but they draw from ancient practices that have been honoured for women for millennia. Our ancestors once lived in harmony with the natural world, attuned to the changing seasons, the phases of the moon, and the rhythms of nature. Adrienne’s Ceremonies seek to reintegrate the Sacred Feminine traditions back into the fabric of our daily lives.

Enjoy the spiral. If you miss something on the first round, don’t worry. You might pick it up on the second —or third —or ninth. It doesn’t matter. Relax. Timing is everything. If the bell does ring, it will resonate through all the rungs of your spiral. If it doesn’t ring, it is the wrong spiral— or the wrong time— or there is no bell.

About
Adrienne

Adrienne understands the complexities of the daily experience of being a female in our society and how difficult it is for women to be both caring and assertive. Adrienne takes a women-centered approach to mental health and does not label behaviours and emotions as disordered, but seeks to understand these as responses in the context of a woman’s life.
